About Us
I am a licensed Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor. I received my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati and my Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from Miami University. I began teaching Pilates when I was a student at Miami Unversity. Upon graduating from Miami and returning to Cincinnati, I continued to teach throughout the greater Cincinnati area. Currently, my classes at the Center for Pelvic Floor & Core Rehabilitation are on hold until Spring of 2010. I am pregnant and I have had to cut back a little bit. If you are a member of the University Club, please check out my lunch time class on Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00 pm.
